Pick-up, delivery & notes

- 🛠️ Setup covers installation only, not clearing up afterwards (ask us about a clear-up service)
- 🌀 Bookings can be rescheduled under typhoon or rainstorm warnings — see Pick-up & Delivery
On-site setup information
- Once confirmed, decoration bookings cannot be cancelled. In cases of force majeure (such as Typhoon Signal No. 10), the date or theme can be changed. Please seeTyphoon arrangements。
- Decoration includes installation only, with no clear-up service (prop collection does not include clear-up either). Please ask our staff if you need a separate clear-up service.
