Pick-up, delivery & notes
- 🏠 Self pick-up at our San Po Kong workshop (about 5 minutes' walk from Diamond Hill MTR Exit A2) — please book a time on WhatsApp
- 🚚 Postal delivery (local post / SF Express) or a van (GoGoVan / Lalamove) can be arranged, at the customer's cost
- 📦 Inflated balloons cannot be sent by local post or SF Express; please collect them yourself or arrange a van
- 🎈 Helium balloon float time: pearlescent latex balloons approximately 8 to 10 hours; crystal and foil balloons approximately 1 to 3 days. We recommend collecting 1 to 2 hours in advance
